How we work
Six clear steps, from your first question to delivery to your customer. One product manager remains your dedicated point of contact throughout.

Step 1: Scan / intake
We map out your question and requirements in full, so we can match you with the right production partner. Every request is assessed personally; where needed, a product specialist will go over the details with you.

Step 2: Search
€795 one-off
Our management assesses every match. We have visited all our production partners ourselves and vetted them for quality, reliability, stability, employment practices and environmental impact. Your request then goes to the best-matching partners.

Step 3: Quotation
Your request goes to one or more manufacturers, with explanation and guidance. Our product specialists check the quotations; you only receive a quotation, unaltered, once we are convinced it is the best option.

Step 4: Order
4–6% of the order
Once you approve, we put you in touch with the manufacturer and guide the communication. We check quality, planning and packaging.

Step 5: Delivery
After completion and inspection, the manufacturer provides the packing list and the bill of lading. Use your own forwarder, or let us arrange the logistics based on a tailor-made quotation.

Step 6: Fulfilment
Worldwide fulfilment, from inventory management to delivery to your customer. Our partners in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland have more than 30 years of experience.

Costs
Know where you stand in advance: fixed, known costs and a reliable order process.
Personal analysis of your request and the match, an individual advance check of the requested quotation, and guidance from a product manager.
4% for orders above €25,000. 6% for orders up to €25,000, with a minimum of €750.
